RETAIL MOTOR FUEL
Motor fuel, gasoline and diesel, is a necessity and has become a generic commodity in the marketplace. Fuel must be provided to the consumer without limitation and with convenient access to satisfy the customers’ needs. Few fuel customers leave their home or workplace with the sole intent to purchase motor fuel only.

Many retailers historically not providing motor fuel to their customers have recognized the need and now provide motor fuel at their existing retail outlets. It has proven to be a positive customer convenience and a significant profit supplement to their core business activity. Certainly the large grocery chain stores and other “Big Box” retailers are excellent examples of the success of this marketing concept. Apparently the sale of motor fuels has not only provided an alternative source of profit, but has proven to be an additional business generator for the main store as well. Clearly it is a “win-win” situation for the existing retailer and the time/cost conscious customer.

The PetroFirst concept is an ideal facility design to dispense motor fuel when lot size is simply not available and disruption of an on-going business is a major concern. The concept requires only the space necessary to bury the storage tank and place the drive slab, dispensers, canopy protection, lighting and signage immediately above the buried storage tank..

Do not give up the sale of motor fuel at your retail facility because of limited property size. The UL listed factory built unit includes the fuel transfer piping and canopy foundation which saves space, time and money. In addition to reducing the need of valuable real estate the concept minimizes business disruption during installation at existing retail operations.

COMMERCIAL FLEET MOTOR FUEL

PetroFirst is particularly suited to the "own use" commercial fllet owner's need where the preservation of space and minimizing the potential of environmental contamination at the property is a priority. PetroFirst has been designed by the best doctorate degreed structural engineers with decades of petroeum industry experience. Concern for the ease of initial installation and the long term operational safety, simplicity, environmental protection and facility maintenance were critical aspects of the design and development of the PetroFirst unit.

This unit is specifically designed and configured to accomodate small and large trucks with saddle fuel tanks.

Safe/high volume fueling rates minimize costly downtime.

Currently the PetroFirst integrated unit has been installed at hundreds of retail/commercial outlets in various USA and foreign venues. Many of the locations would not have been economically feasible to build without the ability to minimize land use, construction complexity, environmental contamination and saftey exposures at a cost effective initial investment.
